First they beat Preston, then FIFA visited, now Rochdale have moved to make this a week to remember by resigning Peterborough striker David Ball on loan.

The 21 year old only played 8 times for the club in his previous spell after scoring 4 goals and coinciding his spell with the club`s best form of the season.

His 4 goals were invaluable and Steve Eyre will surely be hoping he can even more productive with the livewire Harry Bunn to play up front with.

Eyre must take a great deal of credit, as Rochdale are believed to haev beaten off a host of clubs to secure the move.

His loan spell will last until January and needless to say he`ll go straight into the squad against Brentford.
