Rochdale’s League 1 season continued with a two-one win against Burton at Spotland on Saturday.

First half goals from Callum Camps early on and a penalty from Ian Henderson inside 25-minutes had Rochdale in control. Lucas Akins gave Burton late hope but Dale saw out this win to climb back up to 14th in the table.

The above video shows the highlights from this game.

These were the other results.

Saturday 30th January 2016
Blackpool 1-0 Gillingham
Bradford 2-1 Fleetwood
Coventry 1-2 Scunthorpe
Millwall 1-1 Crewe
Rochdale 2-1 Burton
Swindon 0-1 Barnsley
Wigan 3-0 Port Vale

Looking at these results the stand out ones have to be the wins for Blackpool (one-nil) and Scunthorpe (two-one).

Not too many of the sides towards the top end of the table, Wigan aside, secured wins with Gillingham missing the chance to go top with a surprise defeat at Blackpool with them winning one-nil at Bloomfield Road.

Coventry’s own promotion hopes were dealt another blow with a surprise two-one defeat suffered by the Sky Blues at the Ricoh Arena with managerless Scunthorpe winning again.
